Standard participation

Exhibitors have 2 main options to participate:

• rent of space only inside (its building up and furnishing are made by the exhibitor) or outside hall
• rent of turn-key equipped stand inside hall with a fixed amount of furniture and equipment ("ready stand")

Basic cost

Basic cost consists of registration fee and space rent (space only, turn-key and/or open space).

Registration fee covers registration of a participant, catalogue entry (up to 400 characters, information should be given not later than 1 April 2010), 1 copy of the catalogue, the Internet listing, badges for stand-attendants, exhibition complimentary invitation cards (50 pieces), "Wallet", exhibitor's advertising campaign, one ticket for welcome opening cocktail party.

All prices are in EURO VAT inclusive. For non-residents the payment is in EURO.
